It might seem odd that there would be a change in how customers use online banking amenities according to age. In their research McAfee Laboratories indicates that there are 3 specific age categories with different habits.

The first of these Age categories are the 18-24s. These customers have just began using online banking amenities and are extremely qualified as they matured up with pcs and are very experienced with their use.
